We recently worked with our client to add some modern Wild West theming to their conference event that was held at The Camfield in Perth.

This event was for 1000 pax and utilised the entire venue, so we had a huge space to work with in terms of styling. The scene was set with a custom made entry feature covered in stunning florals from Fox and Rabbit.

We created chill out areas under cabanas adorned with more beautiful florals and styled pop up spaces throughout. Food stations were scattered around the venue to ensure food service was flawless.

Leading up to the outdoor stage we created a Wild West street with prop buildings, food stations and custom fascia to the existing bar to tie it all in together.

Add in bucking bulls, fairy floss and popcorn, photos booths and entertainment and it was most definitely a night to remember!
